如何修改和自定义报表？

如果我对某一种报表不满意的话（例如单元格的尺寸超出了单元格的范围，在报表中添加，删除一列，修改报表的列属性值等），如何修改它？
1。是否有一种比较直观的工具，可以可视化修改报表？
2。有没有报表修改的插件？ -
找不到custom report设置报表。
