中文界面下不能使用Print Screen

例如：
Menu->products->products->Variant
在英文模式下，Print Screen操作会产生一个所有产品的pdf报表
在中文模式下，点击Print Screen，软件会死翘翘在中文模式下，所有英文模式下可以实现的Print Screen操作都会使软件不可用。

我试了一下，确实会产生UnicodeEncodingError,然后客户端无反应直到出现“printing abort, too long delay" 错误。正在查错。
