庫存數量為 0,但庫存成本不為0，如何調整

不知道你用的是什么版本？
试一下做盘点单(physical inventory), 盘点在手数量为任意值，确认后，再盘点回0，看是否能解决问题。
看一下库存成本明细，就是比如你的示图中“巧克力口味（5支/包）”下面的两条明细记录，它们反应库存成本的变化过程，这里的讯息也许能解释造成目前结果的原因。建议你可以在 runbot.odoo.com 上的对应Odoo版本中试验，如果能重现问题的话，我觉得这是一个严重bug

@digitalsatori 我使用odoo 13 community 版本，調整庫存數無法解決此問題
採用平均成本
自動計算庫存成本當商品以外幣計價採購，可能因匯率變化，及四捨五入的問題，導致平均成本的改變
因而產生買入即賣出的成本不同，而造成庫存為0，仍有殘值
