如何确定menu或view的id或xml-id

在群里和朋友聊的的时候，有朋友问起如何才能确定菜单或视图的xml-id，除了到相应的模块的xml定义文件中去查找以外还有什么比较好的方法呢？Shelly兄提到了王兄的一篇分享贴： [检测到链接无效，已移除] ，很不错的方法，值得推荐。
这里再介绍一招傻瓜式：
比如我们要查销售订单这个菜单的id:
1.选中菜单

2. 猛击CTRL+L 显示菜单定义界面
[attachimg=2]
3. 狂击 “表单”->"查看日志“
[attachimg=3]
4. 搞定
[attachimg=4]
