win10+postgresql10+odoo10 ，全新安装，出现无法创建数据库，查看以前的data目录，并不有同名的，不知为何出现如下错误

@eremiter 您这是有其它两个数据库连接工具在使用数据库，你把那两个连接关了，或则重启数据库服务，就可以使用了
